Therefore, we strictly adhere to the legal requirements (DSGVO and DSG Amendment Act 2018) when collecting and processing your personal data. In the following, we would like to inform you in detail about the scope and purpose of our data processing as well as your rights as a data subject.
We only collect personal data that is required for the implementation and processing of our business and contractual relationship and/or that is permitted by law or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

As a matter of principle, your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so, the passing on of data is necessary for the implementation of the contractual relationship, or you have previously expressly consented to the passing on of your data.
In order to fulfil our contractual obligations, we may occasionally engage third parties to provide and perform services and functions on our behalf. In order for these third parties to be able to do so, it may be necessary to forward your data to these third parties (e.g. subcontractors, shipping companies, insurance companies, courts, tax advisors, etc.). A forwarding of your data takes place exclusively on the basis of the DSGVO.
Your personal data will not be sold or otherwise marketed to third parties.
Some of the recipients of your personal data mentioned above are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that in Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection for which we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).
- storage period
We will not store data for longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual or legal obligations and for the defence of any liability claims.
In the event of a contract being concluded, your personal data will be stored after the contract has been fully processed until the expiry of the guarantee, warranty, limitation and statutory retention periods applicable to us, and beyond this until the end of any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence.

- cookies
This website uses “cookies” to make our services more user-friendly, effective and secure.
A “cookie” is a small text file that we transfer to the browser’s cookie file on your computer’s hard drive via our web server. This enables our website to recognise you as a user when a connection is established between our web server and your browser. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website. The content of the cookies we use is limited to an identification number that no longer allows any personal reference to the user. The main purpose of a cookie is to recognize visitors to the website.
In the course of processing contractual obligations and managing the ongoing business relationship between our company and you, we may communicate with you as well as internally in our company via WhatsApp and transmit and exchange data such as photographs. In this context, we refer to the terms of use of WhatsApp, which are available at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/?eea=1#terms-of-service, as well as the privacy policy at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/?eea=1#privacy-policy.
- server log files
In order to optimise this website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services, the website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your internet protocol address (IP address), browser and language setting, operating system, referrer URL, your internet service provider and date/time.
A combination of this data with personal data sources is not made. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

The protection of your personal data is carried out by appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorised, illegal or even accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation.
Notwithstanding our efforts to maintain an appropriately high level of due diligence at all times, it cannot be ruled out that information you disclose to us via the Internet may be viewed and used by others.
Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hacking attack on email account or telephone, interception of faxes).
- your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act, you have the following rights and remedies as a data subject of data processing:
– Right of access:
As a data subject, you have the right to request information about whether and, if so, which personal data about you is being processed. For your own protection – so that no one else receives information about your data – it may be necessary for us to verify your identity in an appropriate form.

You can object to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising at any time with effect for the future.
Remedies
The data protection authority is responsible for requests concerning infringement of the right to information, infringement of the rights to confidentiality, to rectification or to erasure.
